These terms govern your use of this website and any services you buy from us. Rocky Solutions LLC is registered in Missouri, USA.

What we do

Rocky Solutions LLC provides outsourced back-office administration to equipment dealerships. We prepare, document, and submit manufacturer warranty claims on the dealer’s behalf, and we handle machine registration and claim documentation.

We are not an insurer, an extended warranty provider, a claims adjuster, a recovery agency, a debt collector, or a financial services firm. We do not sell warranties and we do not decide claim outcomes. The manufacturer decides what is approved and what is paid. We make no guarantee that any claim will be approved or that any particular amount will be recovered.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the repair orders, technician notes, parts records, and machine data you send us, and for complying with your own dealer agreement with the manufacturer. We rely on what you give us. We will tell you when something is missing, but we cannot verify that a repair was performed as described.

Fees and payment

Fees are as set out in your engagement letter, which is agreed in writing before any work begins. Retainers are invoiced monthly in arrears. Contingency fees on recovered claims are invoiced after the manufacturer settles. Either party may end the engagement on 30 days written notice.

Confidentiality

We treat your claim data, pricing, and dealership records as confidential and use them only to perform the work. See our privacy policy for how personal information is handled.

Messaging terms

Program description

Rocky Solutions LLC sends text messages to dealership contacts who have opted in, for one purpose: conversational follow-up about an enquiry you submitted and about warranty claims we are administering for you. That includes replying to your enquiry, confirming or rescheduling a call, telling you a claim has been submitted or has come back with a query, and asking for a document we need. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

By ticking the separate SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. That checkbox is never pre-ticked, is never bundled with the submit action, and is never a condition of submitting the form or of becoming a client. You may also opt in by texting us directly at the number below.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your enquiry or to activity on your claims, so the number depends on what is happening on your account.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also reach us at rakesh@rockysolutionsllc.com or +91 90638 55903 during Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Central.

STOP

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages from us. Opting out of text messages does not affect your enquiry or your engagement with us — we will continue by email and phone.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our privacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to Rocky Solutions LLC. Manufacturer names appear on this site factually, to describe the programmes we file into. We are not an authorized agent, partner, or representative of any manufacturer, and no endorsement is implied. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including claim amounts a manufacturer declines to pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
